The former President of Estonia (2006-2016) Toomas Hendrik Ilves is my guest today. Toomas also served as the foreign minister of Estonia from 1996-2002 where he negotiated the countries entry into both NATO and the EU, and is currently a visiting professor at the University of Tarty.
